The Salary Information Agency is an independent survey agency offering employers and employees the latest salary information. The Agency is an offspring of salary surveys launched in April 2011 on the initiative of Tark Tööandja OÜ (Smart Boss Ltd) in cooperation with the Estonian Employers’ Confederation and CV-Online.
The Agency’s mission is to generate useful information for employers to help them create competitive remuneration packages and for employees to develop adequate salary expectations.
